Project Overview
Designed by the talented team at Modernista Interior Design, this project reflects a thoughtful and patient-focused environment. Rubicon was entrusted with taking the space back to warm shell and delivering Dr. Liu and Modernista’s vision with precision — transforming the existing footprint into a modern, functional orthodontic practice. With consulting, imaging, lab, office, and utility rooms. Along with a comfortable reception and waiting area.
From demolition to final build-out, it was a great collaboration.
