Meet the Rubicon Construction Team

Rockwell grew up building houses in Eastern Washington with his father. He worked throughout college doing various residential and restoration projects, and soon after college became a project engineer for a commercial contractor. He quickly ascended the ranks working with national accounts building restaurants and managing hotel renovations.

Steve worked throughout college for a large general contractor based out of Bellevue. He started out in the office, went out to the field as a laborer, worked into a project engineer position, became a superintendent managing work in Colorado, and finally came back into the office where he assumed a project manager role – he has collaborated with clients in Florida, Connecticut, Utah, Colorado, New York, and California traveling the US.

Jason blends extensive understanding of client service expectations with a diverse background in tenant improvements to ensure a streamlined construction project with responsible client representation. His experience working on high-end projects has fine-tuned his approach to client management, ensuring optimal satisfaction for every project stakeholder.
