Safety on Rubicon Jobsites
Rubicon's safety approach is built around clear expectations: subcontractors on Rubicon projects know the site rules before they arrive, and those rules are enforced consistently. PPE requirements, fall protection, tool control, and housekeeping standards are applied across all trades on all projects, not selectively.
For projects in occupied spaces, safety coordination also includes protecting the business's employees, customers, and the general public from construction activity. That means physical barriers, dust control, after-hours scheduling of disruptive work, and clear communication with the tenant about what's happening in the space and when.
Quality Control
Quality control on a commercial project is mostly a planning function. Rubicon reviews subcontractor submittals, mock-ups, and material samples before work starts in the field, so corrections happen on paper rather than in place. Field inspections catch installation issues while they're still easy to fix, before subsequent work covers them. The punch list at the end of a project should be short if the quality process throughout was thorough.
Subcontractor Standards
Rubicon works with subcontractors who meet the company's standards for licensing, insurance, safety practices, and quality of work. For multi-site programs, Rubicon builds subcontractor relationships in each market the program covers, applying the same vetting and performance standards across all locations.
